Procurement of Stationery Items, Uniform Articles, Machinery Items, Computer Stationery and Disposable Items

The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Attock, Punjab invites electronic bids from reputable firms for the procurement of various operational supplies for the 2025-2026 fiscal year. The scope of work is divided into five specialized lots including stationery items like legal paper and registers, uniform articles such as shirts and trousers, machinery items including 1.5 ton air conditioners and UPS inverters, computer stationery focusing on specific printer toners, and general disposable items. Interested bidders must be active tax filers registered with the relevant authorities and are required to provide a 3 percent bid security of the estimated price for each lot. All proposals must be submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Hard copies of the original bank draft or CDR must reach the procurement branch at the Old DC Complex in Attock at least one hour prior to the closing time. The final deadline for submission is 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled to be opened shortly thereafter at 11:30 AM.
