The Parks and Horticulture Authority in Multan, Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible firms and contractors for the construction of planters at various key locations across the city including Nawan Shahr, Aziz Hotel Chowk, Nishter Chowk, and Kachehry. This civil and horticultural project has an estimated cost of approximately 11.02 million Rupees and must be completed within a strict timeline of 90 days. The scope of work encompasses comprehensive civil engineering tasks such as excavation, pacca brick work, cement plastering, sandstone cladding, and the installation of high-quality tuff pavers. Additionally, the project involves extensive horticultural planting featuring various species like Phoenix Palms, Golden Palms, and Ficus along with ground cover plants like Alternanthera and Asparagus. Interested bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and maintain active tax status with NTN and PRA authorities. Technical and financial proposals prepared under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure must be submitted along with a bid security of 440,912 Rupees by 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026.
