One-year recurring contract for campus gardening services at a major engineering university in Karachi. Estimated annual value Rs. 3.2 million suggests a medium-scale operation covering landscaping, maintenance and upkeep across the university campus. Eligibility is strictly limited to formally registered firms (Income Tax, GST, NTN, SRB); sole proprietors without these registrations will be ineligible. Bid security of Rs. 3,000 is modest, and submission is online-only via ePADS, requiring digital compliance capability.
Who can bid: Income Tax, GST, NTN and SRB registered firms only. Firms must not be blacklisted under SPP rules 2010. Typically, service contractors in Pakistan require valid NTN and business registration with relevant tax authorities; this notice explicitly mandates all four registrations, narrowing the field significantly.
