The Directorate General Procurement (Army) in Rawalpindi, Federal Government invites sealed tenders for the procurement of a License Software Threat Intelligence Platform. This specialized defense procurement, identified under tender number 09-1132-FY25-26-3-D-C&IT, is intended for the import of a high-level security software solution. Reputed firms possessing valid NTN certificates and agency agreements or dealership certificates from foreign Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) are eligible to apply. The scope requires the delivery of one complete license unit by 30 May 2026. Bidders must demonstrate adequate financial capability through a twelve-month bank statement and provide a bid security ranging from two to five percent depending on their registration status with the CMA (DP) Rawalpindi.
