Description / Scope of Work
The Chitral Irrigation Division in Chitral, KPK invites electronic bids for the dredging and desilting of critical waterways across District Lower and Upper Chitral. This extensive project includes twenty individual sub-works focusing on desiltation and channelization along major water bodies including the Shishi River, Chitral River, and various nullahs such as Molen Gole, Booni Gole, and Broze Nullah. The estimated costs for these works range from 1.96 million to 13.000 million Rupees. Participation is restricted to approved contractors of the Irrigation Department who hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration for the 2025-26 financial year in categories CE-04 or C-6 with specific specialization codes. Bidders must be registered with KPRA and maintain an active NTN status with the FBR. The procurement follows a single-stage single-envelope procedure conducted via the EPADS portal. Interested firms must submit a two percent earnest money deposit in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt. All electronic bids and necessary scanned documentation must be uploaded to the portal by 12:00 PM on 18 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 12:30 PM on the same day
