he Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited in Islamabad, Federal Government invites electronic bids for the procurement of printers and scanners to meet its corporate operational requirements. This tender follows specific PTCL requirements and a detailed scope of work, with bids being accepted on both DDP-PKR and DDP-USD bases inclusive of all applicable taxes. Submissions are strictly required through the SAP Ariba platform no later than five PM on May eighth, 2026. All participating bidders must accompany their proposals with a bank guarantee acting as bid security in the amount of two hundred thousand Rupees, issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan and valid for six months. A mandatory requirement for this tender is vendor registration with PTCL, and bidders must include their assigned Vendor Registration Code in their submissions. This procurement process is managed by the Group Director of Procurement Operations and Contract Management at the PTCL Headquarters in the G-eight sector of Islamabad.
