The Local Government and Rural Development Department in Bagh, Kashmir invites bids from interested and eligible contractors for the construction and retrofitting of two bridges in District Bagh. This project is funded by the Government of AJ&K under the broader initiative for bridge infrastructure development. The procurement process follows a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C4 and above, specifically holding the CE-02 specialization code. The estimated cost for the works is approximately 48.248 million, with a required bid security of 1.477 million in the form of a CDR or Pay Order. Sealed bids must be delivered by 11:00 AM on May 14, 2026, and the technical proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
