The Embassy of the United States of America in Islamabad, Federal Government invites open market vendors to participate in a bidding process for the supply of approximately 50 pairs of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mine Protection Boots for the Balochistan Police. This procurement is managed by the International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Pakistan section and will be executed as a firm fixed price purchase. Technical requirements specify that the boots must provide blast protection for the feet and lower limbs against anti-personnel mines, featuring heat and flame resistant materials with a multi-layered protective sole and chemical resistant leather. Bidders are required to submit comprehensive quotations including complete specifications, clear product images, and delivery timelines. Evaluation is based on the lowest price technically acceptable criteria. The Embassy is exempt from taxes, so all quotes must be tax-free. Vendors must maintain a physical business address and possess a valid DUNS number and SAM registration. All electronic submissions must be received by May 15, 2026, at 13:00 hours Pakistan Standard Time.
