Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Shariat Court in Islamabad, Federal Government invites interested parties to participate in an open auction for the disposal of various miscellaneous items on an as is where is basis. The inventory includes furniture, fixtures, electrical items, I.T. equipment, and household appliances. Additionally, the auction features mechanical scrap from vehicle maintenance, old tyres, and old newspapers, spanning both functional and non-functional conditions. The auction is scheduled to take place at the Judges Rest House in Islamabad. Prospective bidders can physically inspect the items at the residence of the Hon'ble Chief Justice and Judges from May 11, 2026, until the morning of the auction. Eligibility to participate requires a cash deposit of 15,000 as earnest money. Successful bidders must deposit 50 percent of the total bid at the time of the auction, with the remaining balance due within three working days of receiving the acceptance letter. All items must be removed from the site within three days following the completion of formalities. The final auction date is set for May 14, 2026, at 11:30 a.m.
