Description / Scope of Work
PAF Base Qadri (Skardu) invites sealed tenders for a Conservancy Contract for the financial year 2026-2027. The tender document (Form F 528-A) is available free of cost from the Base Welfare Officer Flight. Only General Sales Tax registered suppliers and firms are eligible to bid.
Tenders must be submitted in two separate envelopes marked for Technical and Commercial quotations, enclosed together in a single outer envelope. The last date for submission is 26 October 2026 at 0900 hrs. Tenders will be opened at 1100 hrs the same day. Rate validity must be confirmed for 90 days.
