Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Corporation Bagh, AJK invites sealed bids from eligible, experienced and financially sound private firms, companies, consortiums and joint ventures for hiring of solid waste management services for Bagh City under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure (36-b) of the AJ&K Public Procurement Rules. The scope covers all 15 wards including door-to-door waste collection, street sweeping, collection from communal points, transportation, road and market cleaning, operation of waste collection systems, provision of manpower, vehicles and machinery, complaint redressal and environment-friendly disposal for an initial period of 1 year, extendable to 5 years. Bid security of Rs. 10.00 million is required.
Bidders must be registered with PEC (Category C-1) or SECP, have minimum 5 years experience, FBR/AJK-CBR registration and active taxpayer status. Relevant experience in municipal solid waste management is preferred. Bids comprise two sealed envelopes (Technical and Financial). Technical bids open on 13-11-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidding documents available from Municipal Corporation Bagh office until 10-11-2026 for Rs. 5,000 cash fee. Pre-bid meeting scheduled for 05-11-2026 at 11:00 AM.
