The Punjab Police Department in Lahore, Punjab invites electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of Plant & Machinery items and IT equipment for the 2025-26 financial year. The tender is divided into two lots: Lot No. 01 for Plant & Machinery with an estimated cost of 9.1925 million and Lot No. 02 for IT Equipment valued at 9.9000 million. Interested firms must be registered with the relevant tax departments for Income Tax, GST, Punjab Sales Tax, and Professional Tax. Participation is open to well-reputed general order suppliers who possess a solid financial standing and relevant previous experience. Bidders are required to submit a 3% bid security in the form of a CDR, Bank Guarantee, or Pay Order. The procurement follows a single-stage single-envelope procedure. All technical and financial proposals must be uploaded to the EPADS portal by May 14, 2026, at 11:00 am, with the opening scheduled for 11:30 am on the same day. Original bid security instruments must also be submitted physically to the Logistics Branch at the CPO Complex in Lahore before the deadline.
