The Educational Testing & Evaluation Agency in Peshawar, KPK invites electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System for the procurement and supply of ERP-Based Financial Management and Payment Aggregation Services. This tender follows the single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure as per KPPRA rules. Interested suppliers and contractors must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments of the Government of Pakistan or KPRA and appear on the Active Taxpayer Lists. Bidding documents, which include detailed specifications and evaluation criteria, are available for a non-refundable fee of 2,000. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 11, 2026, to address queries. All electronic proposals must be submitted through the EPADS portal no later than May 18, 2026, at 02:00 PM. Bidders are required to provide a bid security of 100,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt. The original bid security and supporting physical documents must reach the ETEA office by the submission deadline, with the public bid opening following shortly thereafter at 03:00 PM.
