Description / Scope of Work
The National Aerospace Science and Technology Park in Islamabad, Federal Government, acting through the Project Director of the GreenAI Project Management Unit under the Ministry of Defence, invites sealed bids for the Design and Development of UAS-ASMS Phase II, encompassing both software and hardware components. Eligible firms and companies must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments to participate in this procurement process. Interested bidders can obtain a complete set of bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions from Project GreenAI NASTP, Alpha-19, Old Airport Road, Rawalpindi, or download them directly from the PPRA website. All bids prepared in accordance with the provided instructions must be submitted to the project office by the deadline of May 15, 2026, at 10:30 am. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives to ensure transparency in the acquisition and disposal system.
