Description / Scope of Work
The Quaid-i-Azam University in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed quotations on an item rate basis for the supply of liveries and sports equipment. The scope of work includes the procurement of summer and winter uniforms for conductors, mechanics, and helpers, such as Shalwar Kamiz, black shoes, woolen waistcoats, jerseys, and socks. Additionally, the tender includes the supply of a complete snooker table for the Directorate of Sports. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and must appear on the Active Taxpayer List. Proposals must be submitted both in original hard copy to the Purchase and Store Section and electronically through the EPADS portal. Bidders are required to provide a 2% earnest money deposit of the total bid value. All items must be delivered within the specified period after the issuance of the purchase order. The deadline for the submission and opening of bids is June 10, 2026.
