Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge in Dera Ismail Khan, KPK invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various office equipment for the financial year 2025-26. The scope of supply includes Plant & Machinery, Hardware, IT Equipment, Furniture & Fixture, and Stationery items. This procurement follows the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rule 6(2)(b). Eligible bidders must be well-reputed firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, KPPRA, and must appear on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders are required to submit a 2% bid security of the total quoted value in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 13, 2026, at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of the District Courts, where stationery samples must be presented for evaluation. All technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal, with original hard copies reaching the office before the deadline of May 20, 2026, at 10:30 AM.
