Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer Urban Planning & Development Department, Quetta Division, Balochistan, invites sealed bids for the construction of Solar Water Supply System (WSS) and local bores for PB-48 under reference TSE-2627101216363. The procurement will be conducted through open competitive bidding using a single-stage two-envelope procedure with technical and financial evaluation.
Bidders must register on the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) of BPPRA before submission. Bids must be submitted electronically by 13 November 2026 at 09:00 AM. Technical bids will open on 13 November 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bidding document fee is PKR 3,500; bid security is 3% of estimated cost; performance security is 10% of contract value. Bid validity is 90 days. JV/consortium bids are not allowed.
