Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Institute of Cardiology (PIC) in Lahore, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the supply of various General Store Items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested bidders, including manufacturers, sole agents, and authorized distributors, must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. The bidding documents, which include a detailed list of items and technical specifications, can be obtained from the Purchase Section of PIC upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 2,000 Rupees. A bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost for each item is required in the form of a CDR, Bank Guarantee, or Pay Order. Sealed bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on May 18, 2026, at the conference room of PIC. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the bidders or their representatives. The institute reserves the right to reject all bids as per PPRA rules.
