DPO Sheikhupura is procuring a 12-month framework contract (FY 2026-27) across seven supply/service lots: stationery, transport maintenance, plant & machinery, furniture, building repairs, and IT equipment.
Scale is substantial—multi-category police operational spend suggests annual commitment of several million rupees. Notable: framework structure means recurring monthly/quarterly orders rather than one-off; bidders must pre-register on Punjab portal and hold multiple compliance documents before tender close (12 Aug 2026). Building repair lot requires PEC certification, adding compliance burden.
Who can bid: Bidders must register on Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal. Mandatory: valid NTN, professional tax certificate, filer status, sales tax registration, 6-month bank statements, 2-year tax returns, CNIC copies, non-blacklist affidavit. PEC license required for building repair/maintenance category. Typically, SMEs must demonstrate financial solvency and tax compliance to meet government procurement standards.
