Description / Scope of Work
The High Commission of Pakistan, Pretoria, invites bids for the appointment of a security service provider to deliver 24-hour continuous security services at two locations: the Chancery (312 Brooks Street, Menlo Park, Pretoria, 0081) and Pakistan House (263 Orion Street, Waterkloof Ridge, Pretoria, 0181). Tender reference SA (Admin)-01/2026.
The successful bidder must deploy at least two security officers at each location at all times, provide access control, security patrols, visitor registers, occurrence books, shift-handover records, and emergency response arrangements. Bidders must submit complete technical and financial proposals in South African Rands, including company registration, valid PSiRA registration, tax compliance documentation, proof of insurance, and staffing plans. Submissions must be sent by email to pareppretoria1@telkomsa.net or in sealed envelopes to the High Commission address. Closing date: 18 November 2026.
