The Quaid-i-Azam University in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed quotations on an item rate basis for the purchase and supply of liveries for the Transport Unit and a snooker table for the Directorate of Sports. The scope of work includes providing summer and winter uniforms for staff members, such as Shalwar Kamiz, shoes, woolen waistcoats, jerseys, and socks, totaling approximately 52 sets for various roles including conductors, mechanics, and helpers. Additionally, the university requires a complete snooker table set for its sports facility. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and are required to submit their offers both in original hard copy to the Purchase and Store Section and online via the EPADS platform. All items must meet the technical specifications outlined in the bidding documents. Quotations should be submitted by the deadline of June 10, 2026. The university reserves the right to accept or reject bids as per prevailing procurement rules. Bidders are encouraged to ensure all required forms and document fees are included with their submission to avoid disqualification.
