For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
NADRA Multan seeks uniform suppliers for FY2026-27 via e-procurement.
This is a straightforward apparel procurement for government staff clothing—likely moderate volume given NADRA's workforce scale. Single-stage, least-cost selection favours competitive pricing over technical sophistication. August 2026 deadline allows reasonable preparation time. Recurring annual need suggests relationship potential for successful bidders. No unusual technical or sustainability requirements apparent.
Who can bid: Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 platform. Typically, Pakistani suppliers require valid NTN, registration with SECP (if corporate), and compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. No PEC category applies (non-construction). Specific financial/capacity thresholds not detailed; check SBD on EPADS portal for formal eligibility criteria.
