Procurement of Uniforms by NADRA (Admin, NADRA Multan)

NADRA (Admin, NADRA Multan) is inviting sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of uniforms under the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is identified by reference number NADRA/SBD/Uniform/2026-27/01 with project code P43358 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using a Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procurement office is located at 221-A Shah Rukh-e-Alam Colony in Multan, Punjab.

All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Bids must be accompanied by bid security as described in the bidding documents, either in the form of a Pay Order, Call at Deposit, or a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format. Bidders are expected to meet eligibility criteria and comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the Standard Bidding Document.

E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted.
