Description / Scope of Work
The DDO/Principal, Govt. Special Education Centre for HIC (Devolved), Sargodha invites sealed e-bids for procurement of uniform items for the 2026-27 financial year. The procurement includes boys' kits, girls' kits, blue jerseys, and black shoes with a total estimated cost of Rs. 1,199,480. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and submit bids via E-PADS platform.
Bid security of 5% in the form of CDR payable to DDO/Principal must be submitted in PDF format on E-PADS with technical proposals. Tender forms close on 16 November 2025 at 10:30 AM; financial bids will open the same day at 11:00 PM. All rates must be inclusive of prevailing taxes.
