The Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir invites sealed quotations for procurement and supply of winter uniforms and liveries for non-clerical staff. The tender is issued under AJK Public Procurement Rules 2017 using a single-stage, one-envelope bidding process. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is available from the Head Office at Sardar Nazir Plaza, Gojra Bypass Road, Muzaffarabad, AJK, upon payment of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) until 16 November 2026.
Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals by 17 November 2026 at 1:30 PM, with opening scheduled for 2:00 PM the same day. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid security of Rs. 100,000 is mandatory. Interested firms must hold valid NTN (Income Tax and GST), relevant tax certificates, and be on the Active Taxpayer List. Blacklisted firms are prohibited.
