Description / Scope of Work
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Bahawalpur invites tenders for the procurement of answer sheets (theory and practical) for Matriculation (SSC) and Intermediate (HSSC) examinations for the financial year 2026–2027. The tender comprises three lots: SSC theory answer sheets (24 pages, 1,600,000 copies), HSSC theory answer sheets (32 pages, 700,000 copies), and practical answer sheets for both SSC (8 pages, 250,000 copies) and HSSC (12 pages, 50,000 copies). All answer sheets must conform to specified sizes (8.25×13.25 inches) and colours with cover sheets attached.
Bidders must be registered under Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Professional Tax. Tenders must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal (punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) on or before 14 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids submitted outside this system will not be accepted. Bid security at 5% of estimated price is required for theory answer sheets.
