The Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER) under the Planning & Development Board, Government of the Punjab, invites bids for procurement of stationery, computer stationery, printing and publications, cost of other stores, store items, and entertainment and gift charges items through a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. Reference: PSER/PROC./TENDER/2026-27-002.
The tender is a single-stage two-envelope bidding process. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 5th November 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids must be submitted by 14th November 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Tender documents must be signed, stamped, and attached to the technical bid; late and incomplete bids will be rejected. The bidding document includes six lots with detailed specifications and forms.
