Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Police Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of plant and machinery items along with IT equipment for the fiscal year 2025-2026. This tender includes two primary lots: Lot No. 1 for plant and machinery items with an estimated value of 9,192,500 PKR, and Lot No. 2 for IT equipment valued at approximately 4,213,000 PKR. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax departments for Income Tax, GST, Punjab Sales Tax, and Professional Tax, and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Bidding documents are available for download on the PPRA website at no cost. A bid security of 3% of the total estimated amount is required for each lot. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System by the deadline of May 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with the technical opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day at the CPO Complex in Lahore.
