Teaching Hospital Loralai invites sealed tenders under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 for payments to other for service rendered. Reference TSE-2627101217102. The procurement is conducted through open competitive bidding using a single stage two envelope procedure. Eligible bidders dealing in sales and after-sale services are invited to participate.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) of Balochistan at bppra.gob.pk. Bidders must be registered with EPPS. Bid security of 2% of estimated value is required as a deposit at call. Technical bids will be evaluated on eligibility and responsiveness, followed by financial evaluation. Bids close on 13 November 2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening at 1:00 PM the same day.
