Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute & Research Center Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the procurement of housekeeping equipment under tender reference PRO-230-2026. The procurement includes 11 lots of equipment such as scrubbing machines, ride-on cleaning machines, vacuum cleaners, waste bins, and related cleaning trolleys and accessories. The estimated total procurement value is PKR 6,862,807.
Bidders must submit bids in two envelopes using the single-stage bidding procedure on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Bid security of 2% of the estimated amount is required. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10 November 2026 at 11:00 hours. Bids must be submitted electronically by 20 November 2026 at 11:00 hours, with opening at 11:30 hours on the same date.
