Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division in Kohistan Upper, KPK invites electronic bids for the construction of various drinking water supply and sanitation schemes under the District Development Plan and Northern Districts projects for the 2025-26 fiscal year. The scope of work includes multiple projects such as the Water Supply Scheme for Komila City, valued at 66.302 million, as well as schemes in Sazeen Das, Mangi, and Berh, alongside balance works in Bagro Kandia and Kanvi. Eligible government-registered contractors must submit their technical and financial proposals through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bids must be uploaded via the EPADS portal and physically delivered in hard copy to the PHED Office. Participation requires a valid PEC registration for 2025-26, KPRA and FBR compliance, and a 2% bid security. Bidders quoting more than 10% below the engineer estimate must provide additional security according to KPPRA rules. The final deadline for electronic and physical submission is 12:05 PM on 14 May 2026.
