Description / Scope of Work
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of various electronic items divided into three distinct lots for its ongoing projects. This procurement includes Lot 1 for twenty-one handheld devices with OTG connect kits, Lot 2 for ninety-six biometric devices, and Lot 3 for seventy-five Bluetooth printers. Each lot requires specific technical standards including FBI PIV FAP20 certification for biometric sensors and Android 14 compatibility for handheld units. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must be listed on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue. All bidding processes will be conducted electronically through the EPADS system in accordance with Rule 36(b) of PPRA Rules 2004. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted no later than 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026. Bidders are required to provide bid security for each lot as specified in the tender document and must offer a minimum two-year warranty for all delivered equipment to ensure long-term operational support.
