The Govt. Deaf & Defective Hearing Model High School for Girls Rajgarh, Lahore invites e-bids for procurement of uniform kits with shoes for boys and girls (winter and summer seasons) for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated cost is Rs. 5,000,000 on free delivery basis to Lahore. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments with prior experience.
Bidding follows a Single Stage–Two Envelopes procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security of 3% (Rs. 150,000) in the form of online CDR is required. E-bids must be submitted in PDF format by 11:00 am on 17.11.2026, with opening at 11:30 am the same day. Bids remain valid for 180 days.
