Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab, Lahore invites bids for the procurement of 300 PTA-approved tablets as detailed in Schedule-A. The bidding process follows PPRA rules under a single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Bid documents are available for free download from the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). The estimated cost is Rs. 18,000,000, with a 2% bid security requirement.
Bidders must submit technically compliant proposals including warranty support details. Bid security of 2% must be submitted digitally via generated PSID on the e-Procurement Portal by 17-11-2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. All quoted prices must include applicable taxes (GST, income tax). Delivery is required within 8-10 weeks of purchase order issuance. The bid validity period is 90 days from closing date. Bids must comply with specifications and terms; non-compliant bids will be rejected.
