Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU), Rawalpindi, invites sealed e-bids for procurement of other machinery and equipment on a lot-wise basis for Campus I & II and FJWU Hostel. The procurement includes photocopier machines, cheque writing machines, electrical equipment, water dispensers, fans, UPS and power backup systems, medical equipment, LED screens, and miscellaneous machinery. Nine lots are being offered with estimated costs ranging from PKR 25,488 to PKR 8,572,918.
Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and be active tax filers. A 3% bid security (lot-wise) must be submitted online. E-bids should be submitted separately for each lot via the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk using single-stage two-envelope procedures. Bid security must be transferred online through Bank of Punjab. Quoted prices must be valid for 90 days, extendable by 30 days. Closing date: 20 November 2026.
