Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Toba Tek Singh invites bids and tenders from registered engineering firms and contractors for various municipal schemes under the PPRA E-Tendering system. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the relevant category and codes for 2026-27, and registered on the Punjab PPRA website (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Bid security of 5% of estimated cost must be deposited electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System.
Bidders should attend the office of Municipal Committee Toba Tek Singh on the specified date and time for bid retrieval and opening in presence of the Opening Committee. Submission of fake information will result in disqualification and recommendations to PPRA and PEC for blacklisting. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract amount. All submissions must be made online; no physical call deposit receipts are accepted.
