The Local Government Rural Development and Agrovilles Balochistan invites open competitive bids for the provision and installation of street lighting in Sonmiani III, District Hub. Reference TSE-2627101217713, dated 01 November 2026. The project is located at Union Council Sonmiani, RCD Road Winder.
Bidders must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA. Bidding follows single-stage, one-envelope procedure with eligibility check and financial evaluation. Bid security is 2% of estimated value via bank guarantee or deposit at call. Bidding document fee is PKR 500 (non-refundable, checked during eligibility). Bids close 16 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and must be submitted by courier or deposited in the tender box at the Procurement Officer's office. Bid validity is 90 days. National scope; consortiums not allowed.
