Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Works & Implementation, Sports and Youth Affairs Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids for renovation and rehabilitation of Youth Center Hayatabad Peshawar under Project 1595-190091. The estimated cost is PKR 4.786 million. Bidders must hold active PEC registration (Category C6 and above), KPRA registration, and Active Taxpayer List status.
Bids must be submitted through the E-PADS portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/) with 2% bid security. Financial bids, CDR, and additional security documents are required. Bids close on 13th November 2026 at 12:00 PM, with financial bid opening at 12:30 AM the same day. Single Stage–Single Envelope procedure applies per KPPRA Rules 2014. Joint ventures are not accepted. Bid validity is 90 days.
