Description / Scope of Work
Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC) invites e-bids for two civil works contracts at the COD Filter Plant under the Purification Plant Division. Work 1: Jungle clearance, earthwork dressing and barbed wire fencing (estimated cost PKR 1,654,271; 15 days completion). Work 2: Repair and maintenance of boundary wall including raising and barbed wire fixing (estimated cost PKR 2,495,277; 15 days completion). Both projects are own-funded under Object Code AB21C07 (KWSC129-A13301).
Bidders must hold valid SRB and FBR registration with active taxpayer status. Mandatory qualification includes five similar civil repair works completed in the last three years, with at least one project valued at 80% of estimated cost or two at 50%. Bidders must submit three years' income tax returns and five years' financial audit reports demonstrating average annual turnover matching the estimate. E-bids close on 16-11-2026 at 02:00 PM via EPADS portal. Bid security: PKR 35,000 (Work 1) and PKR 50,000 (Work 2); tender fee PKR 3,000 each. Opening scheduled for 16-11-2026 at 02:30 PM at KW&SC Accounts Office, Karachi.
