Open Public Auction of Scrap Machinery, Vehicles, and Equipment

The Karachi Development Authority in Karachi, Sindh invites interested parties to participate in an open public auction for the disposal of various scrap machinery, vehicles, and equipment. The auction items are located at the Pre-Stressed Pipe Factory on Stadium Road and the Surjani Town and Gulshan-e-Iqbal workshops. The inventory includes specialized machinery such as D7 and D6 bulldozers, asphalt plant components, transit mixers, loaders, rollers, and electric motors. Additionally, various scrap items including iron, steel, and old vehicle parts are available for bidding. The auction is scheduled to take place over two days, starting from 13 May 2026 and concluding on 14 May 2026, beginning at 10:00 AM daily at the Pre-Stressed Pipe Factory. Participants are required to submit a primary security deposit in the form of a pay order in favor of the Karachi Development Authority. Successful bidders must pay 25 percent of the bid amount immediately upon acceptance, with the remaining balance due within a specified timeframe. All items are sold on an as-is, where-is basis, and the authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bids.
