Description / Scope of Work
The In-service Agricultural Training Institute in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab invites interested parties to a public auction for the harvest of various fruit orchards located at the Student Trainee Farm, Chak No. 101/P. The auction includes guava orchards spanning 4.5 acres, 1 acre of Ber, and 4 kanals each of lemon and pomegranate. The primary auction is scheduled for 10:00 AM on 14 May 2026 at the farm site. Participants are required to deposit a call maney of 10,000 Rupees to join the bidding process. The successful bidder will be responsible for the harvest, protection, and maintenance of the fruit and must pay the total amount in three installments as per government regulations. If the initial auction is unsuccessful, a second session will be held on 21 May 2026. All participants must adhere to Punjab government tax laws and institute security protocols regarding the trees and land. Detailed inspections of the orchards can be conducted during office hours from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM prior to the auction date.
