WASA Lahore invites bids for the purchase of RPC manhole cover sets manufactured with 100% recycled plastic composite material in black and grey colours with WASA monogram engraved. The estimated cost is Rs. 48,852,000. Bids will be received from manufacturers, authorized dealers, and suppliers registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System, FBR, and PRA with active filer status.
Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using a Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure. Bids must be submitted as PDF files on or before 17 November 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bid security of 3% of estimated cost (Rs. 1,465,560) is required. Only technically responsive bidders will have their financial bids opened. Bids remain valid for 120 days.
