Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for procurement of a Food Processing Unit and Ion Analyser for Hydroponics under the PSDP-funded Establishment of National Center of Industrial Biotechnology (ENCIB) project. The tender reference is 004/P 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with income tax, GST, and provincial sales tax authorities, and must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Bids will be evaluated using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. All submissions must be made electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by uploading PDF files. The bid security requirement is 2% of the estimated price. Bidding documents are available for download from https://ep.punjab.gov.pk without charge. The closing date is 19 November 2026 at 11:00 am, with opening at 11:30 am on the same day.
