Description / Scope of Work
Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi, Punjab invites e-bids for procurement of laboratory equipment for Chemistry, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Environmental Sciences, and Fine Arts departments (2026-27). The tender comprises 11 lots with total estimated cost of PKR 28,786,750. Bid security at 3% of lot-wise estimated cost is required.
Bidders must be registered with tax authorities and active tax-filers. Prices should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees with GST shown separately. E-bids must be submitted through Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 1100 hours on 19 November 2026; bids will be opened at 1130 hours the same day. Evaluation follows PPRA 2014 rule 38-A on single-stage two-envelope basis, with technically compliant lowest bid accepted lot-wise.
