The Human Rights and Minorities Affairs Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for a framework contract for the procurement of IT equipment and machinery for the financial year 2025-2026. The scope of supply includes high-end technology such as professional DSLR cameras, 6K resolution drone cameras, high-performance laptops, professional lenses, and wireless audio-video conferencing systems. The procurement also covers furniture, LED televisions ranging from 55 to 100 inches, and various office accessories like multi-functional printers and mobile phones. The total estimated cost of this tender is 18.3 million Rupees. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including NTN, GST, and Professional Tax, and possess at least three years of experience in a similar business. All bids must be submitted through the EPADS system with a 2 percent bid security of the estimated cost.
