Description / Scope of Work
The Section Officer (Development), I&C Wing, S&GAD in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the capacity building of the Performance Management and Reforms Unit (PMRU). This procurement project is divided into two major lots involving the purchase of various I.T equipment and machinery. Lot 1 includes high-end Laptops, Macbooks, specialized Smart Phones for Android and iOS development, and various laser printers, with an estimated cost of 18.325 million Rupees. Lot 2 focuses on plant and machinery including UPS systems, 75-inch QLED TVs, DSLR cameras, and high-capacity photocopiers, valued at approximately 3.65 million Rupees. To be eligible, participating firms must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax departments and must demonstrate a minimum annual turnover of 100 million Rupees. All bids must be submitted through the e-Procurement System (EPADS) portal. The deadline for the electronic submission of technical and financial proposals is 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
