The Communication and Works Department in Sheikhupura, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for a significant construction project under the Chief Minister Initiative. This project focuses on the provision of missing facilities at a local college within District Sheikhupura and involves the construction of new classrooms, the supply of high-quality furniture, and the installation of modern washroom facilities. The estimated cost for these civil and development works is approximately 120.078 million Rupees. Interested contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category C4 or above, with specific expertise codes CE09, CE10, and EE04. The procurement process is being conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), and manual bids are strictly prohibited. A 5 percent earnest money deposit amounting to 6.004 million Rupees is required in the form of a CDR or Bank Draft. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the Punjab EPADS portal no later than 01:00 PM on 18 May 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for 01:30 PM on the same day at the Office of the Commissioner Lahore Division.
