Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority in Islamabad, Federal Government invites electronic bids for the air conditioning work related to the construction of 104 additional family suites for Members of the Parliament and a servant quarters block at Sector G-5/2. This significant project, covering Phase-I Blocks A, B, C, and D, has a total estimated NIT cost of 1,091,962,764 Rupees. Prospective bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-1 or above, specifically holding project codes ME-01, ME-05, and EE-04 for the 2025-26 period. The bidding process is conducted on a percentage basis through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) under Single Stage Single Envelope rules. A bid security of 32,758,883 Rupees in the form of a Pay Order or CDR must be provided. All electronic bids must be submitted via the EPADS portal no later than 11:30 AM on 14 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 12:00 PM the same day at the CDA Secretariat.
