The Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir in Muzaffarabad, Federal Government invites sealed technical and financial bids for the major construction of its Head Office Building in Muzaffarabad and a Regional Office Building in Mirpur. This project has an estimated cost of 433.95 million Rupees and is open to reputable firms or contractors categorized as C-2 and above with specialization codes CE-10, EE-11, and ME-03. The procurement follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure with a required completion period of 18 months. Eligible bidders must possess a valid license from the Pakistan Engineering Council and provide a bid security amounting to 3 percent of the estimated cost. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 13 May 2026 for those who have purchased the bidding documents. Interested parties must submit their sealed proposals through courier or registered mail as hand-delivered bids will not be accepted. The deadline for the submission and opening of technical bids is 11:30 AM on 19 May 2026.
