Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Kot Addu in Kot Addu, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the procurement of various services, goods, and works through a comprehensive framework contract for the financial year 2025-26. The scope of the tender is divided into four distinct lots: procurement of services on a rental basis with an estimated cost of 2,565,108 Rupees, electricity works valued at 1,033,680 Rupees, procurement of goods including stationery and machinery repair estimated at 8,468,440 Rupees, and civil works projects totaling 4,026,490 Rupees. Eligible firms and contractors must be registered or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category to participate. The bidding process will be conducted via the E-Procurement (EPADS) system following a single-stage one-envelope procedure based on the least cost method. Interested bidders are required to submit a 5% earnest money deposit in the form of a CDR from a scheduled bank. All technical and financial proposals must be uploaded in PDF format to the EPADS portal no later than 1:00 PM on 19 May 2026.
