The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids from eligible construction firms for the development of a Players Facility and Administrative Offices at the IBA Main Campus. This significant infrastructure project involves comprehensive civil and finishing works to enhance the sporting and administrative capacity of the university. To qualify, interested contractors must hold a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above and demonstrate a proven track record by providing evidence of at least three similar projects completed within the last five years. Bidders are also required to confirm the availability of necessary construction equipment, specifically including scaffolding pipes and joints. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 14 May 2026 at 12:00 PM to ensure all participants are fully briefed on the project scope and site conditions. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA EPADS portal by 3:00 PM on 20 May 2026, accompanied by a two percent bid security of the estimated project value.
